The New Church Ministry team desires to walk along side you as you implement the vision for ministry God has placed in your heart. We offer discernment, assessment, training, coaching, advocacy and support in a variety of ways.
Discernment allows you to walk through a process of listening for God through scripture, and becoming more aware of the special spiritual gifts God has given you.
Assessment allows a measured standard to further discern your gifts and growing edges for New Church Planting. Developed by the Gallup Organization, the Gallup On-line Survey is a proven effective tool in considering whether an individual has the gifts to plant a new church comparable to a benchmark group of 400 ecumenical New Church Planters across the United States and Canada. The following behaviors are measured: Influence, Motivation, Work Style, Relationship and Thought Process.
Initial training events will prepare you spiritually, emotionally, and strategically for the task of New Church Planting, as you learn from effective church planters, coaches, and new church staff.
Every year we offer a revival for planters. This event allows planters to explore new insights into ministry and leadership in this specialized meeting. After three years we offer continuing education grants, a global mission and other expense that will enhance their skills as a new church planter.
