New Church Ministry will provide initial training for Barnabases.
The Barnabas Minister of New Church Ministry will serve as a “coach for the coaches,” being available for them to share joys and discuss any challenges.
NCM will cover the expenses of one on-site visit for each project each year (see guidelines for expenses for more information)
NCM will reimburse Barnabases for expenses they incur in making phone calls or sending faxes or mailing materials to the pastors they are coaching.
NCM agrees to compensate Barnabases $1,000 per new church planter per year. This amount will be prorated from the signature of the contract.
